Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Auria mobile application (the "App") operated by Early Days ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@earlydays.la if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Early Days or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any App content.
If the App allows you to submit or share content, you retain ownership of what you create. By submitting content, you grant Early Days a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate the App. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Use them at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Early Days shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 USD if you paid nothing).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Early Days and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
